HORN Animal Wellness and Emsland Group Enter Strategic Partnership to Provide High Quality Pea and Potato Protein and Starches to the U.S. Pet Food Industry
Empet® High-Functioning, Specialty Pea and Potato Flake Products Meet the Market Demand
La Mirada, California (October 7, 2014) – Horn Animal Wellness one of North America’s leading distributors of specialty animal ingredients, announced today a new alliance to represent Emsland Group in the United States, concentrating on marketing and sales of Emsland’s high quality pea and potato products.
HORN Animal Wellness will distribute Emsland Group’s Empet® ingredients, sourced from renewable raw materials that provide better nutritional properties, with non-GMO, gluten free vegetable proteins as well as starch derivatives with excellent water binding, high expansion and moisture properties.
