Kirsten Howe has given presentations to many professional associations in the Bay Area on the topics of estate planning, trust administration, SSI benefits, ABLE accounts, Medi-Cal benefits, Special Needs trusts, estate planning with retirement trusts, Proposition 13, How to Prepare Fiduciary Accounting, Trust Protectors and Planning for Incapacity. Kirsten is also trained by the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California on Elder Financial Abuse and has given many presentations to seniors and their families on this very important topic. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 from the University of Michigan.
