Walnut Creek, CA (October 31, 2017) – Greater Bay Area estate planning firm, Law Office of Kirsten Howe announces today that the company will officially be changing its name to Absolute Trust Counsel.
For more than 20 years individuals and families in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas have trusted the Absolute Trust Counsel team to help them secure their legacy. Absolute Trust Counsel is a firm that takes a different approach to legal services, not just offering generalized legal services, but focusing solely on California estate law as a specialty. Kirsten Howe has given presentations to many professional associations in the Bay Area on the topics of estate planning, trust administration, SSI benefits, ABLE accounts, Medi-Cal benefits, Special Needs trusts, estate planning with retirement trusts, Proposition 13, How to Prepare Fiduciary Accounting, Trust Protectors and Planning for Incapacity. Kirsten is also trained by the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California on Elder Financial Abuse and has given many presentations to seniors and their families on this very important topic. Kirsten is available for interviews on any of the above-mentioned topics.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 from the University of Michigan.
