Brighton Center’s Taste of the Northside 2025: “Fiesta for All” Celebrates Community Spirit While Transforming Young Lives
San Antonio, Texas, April 4, 2025 — Brighton Center proudly announces its 24th annual Taste of the Northside, taking place Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM at its prestigious new location, The Rock at La Cantera. Presented by H-E-B, this official Fiesta San Antonio event promises an elevated culinary experience while raising critical funds for children with disabilities and developmental delays across San Antonio.
“Each smile, taste, and moment at Taste of the Northside represents the heart of our mission at Brighton Center—creating an inclusive community where all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential,” shares Katrina Campbell, CEO of Brighton Center. “By bringing together San Antonio’s finest culinary talents in this extraordinary venue, we’re not just creating an unforgettable Fiesta experience—we’re generating vital resources that directly fund therapy, education, and advocacy services for thousands of local families who depend on our support.”
The stunning new venue at The Rock at La Cantera provides a magnificent backdrop for this mission-driven celebration that supports over 4,000 children annually. Funds raised at Taste of the Northside enable Brighton Center to provide critical early intervention services to children from birth to age six, maintain inclusive preschool environments where children of all abilities learn together, and offer comprehensive family support—all regardless of a family’s ability to pay. This ensures that every child can access life-changing services at the most critical time in their development.
Guests can select between two exceptional experiences. The “Select” Experience ($300) offers the vibrant outdoor atmosphere of Frost Plaza and tastings from over 50 of San Antonio’s premier restaurants, including Hotaru Sushi & Hibachi, IDA Claire, Kain Na, Bakudan Ramen, Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse, and Eddie V’s. Complementing the culinary delights are curated wines, craft cocktails, and refreshing beverages from exclusive partners Shiner Beers and Republic National Distributing Company.
For a more exclusive experience, the “Premier” option ($600) provides access to the members-only Spurs Club atop the Victory Capital Performance Center from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This limited-capacity opportunity features elevated tastings from Spurs Club chefs with access to sophisticated indoor amenities and an exquisite activation by Diamonds Direct.
“When our community comes together in celebration, real magic happens,” adds Campbell. “This event truly embodies this year’s Fiesta theme: ‘Fiesta for All,’ because it ensures all children in San Antonio have access to the support they need to thrive.”
Both ticket options include vibrant entertainment featuring a center stage and a 40-foot LED monitor that creates the perfect Fiesta atmosphere. The event is made possible through the generous support of presenting sponsor H-E-B and Kairoi Residential, as well as the venue partners The Rock at La Cantera. Brighton Center extends heartfelt appreciation to the dozens of participating restaurants and beverage providers who donate their time, talent, and resources to create this extraordinary evening.
To ensure an unforgettable experience for all attendees, Brighton Center has thoughtfully limited capacity to just 300 Premier tickets and 2,500 Select tickets. A special promotional offer allows guests to use the code TASTE25 for $35 off the Select ticket price. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all attendees, along with a Shiner Beers ride share discount to help guests navigate construction and enjoy a safe, fun experience.
